A full ‘La Terrazza’ menu shoot, commissioned by REM and shot on board the Silversea Silver Whisper cruise ship.
Working closely with Culinary Director Rudi Scholdis and Corporate Italian Chef Alberto Colombo we captured both La Terrazza’s complete menu and the unique ‘Slow Food’ ethos for a new menu book.
From documenting raw ingredients, food preparation and wine to restaurant service, the whole process took two weeks.
‘Slow Food’ elements that I wasn’t able to cover onboard were captured on a separate two day trip to the Piedmont region – a truffle festival in Alba, porcini mushrooms and Eataly in Turin.
